Warranty & Returns


At STYLO (UK) LIMITED, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Warranty and Returns policy carefully.


Warranty

Unless otherwise specified, all products sold by STYLO (UK) LIMITED come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.


If your product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will:


Repair or replace the defective product.

If a repair or replacement is not possible, offer a refund or store credit.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, physical damage, wear and tear, or any modifications made to the product.


Returns

All sales are final. Trade customers can only return items if the goods do not match what was ordered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase.


Please note that drop shipped goods will not be taken back if their customers do not accept them.


The item is unused and in its original packaging.

The item is in resalable condition with all original documentation included.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please contact our customer service team at info@stylo360.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.


Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is found to be faulty, in which case we will cover the return shipping charges.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


If your return is not approved (e.g., due to signs of use, missing parts, etc.), our team will contact you with next steps.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at info@stylo360.com. We will arrange for a return or exchange, and cover any return shipping costs.
